Our Global Communication Audit tool is a free tool developed for organizations to do a self assessment. Internally, we are students of Baldrige criteria for Performance Excellence and work with Missouri Quality Examiners to perfect our process measurements, metrics and internal KPIs to hring to organizations on the global path. I am also a certified Examiner for MQA (Missouri Quality Award)
